Which Credit Cards do we Accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

Delivery Charges

Delivery for mainland UK is £6. For Highlands and overseas, please expect to pay more and can vary from £15 to £50 (USA) depending on destination. We will advise you of the cost prior to processing your card.

VAT Policy

All prices show are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Parts and Labour Guarantee

All our products carry a one year manufacturers parts and labour guarantee. If you receive a product which is faulty, contact us by fax or phone and we will be happy to exchange or refund if a suitable replacement cannot be found.
This in no way affects your statutory rights.

Money Back Guarantee

All products supplied by Premier Brands Direct are covered by a 14 day money back guarantee. It is the customers responsibility to send back the product to us via recorded delivery or courier. Money back guarantee covers the cost of the product only, not original delivery or return postage charges . We regret that refunds cannot be made for products that shows evidence of having been used. Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error.

Ownership of Goods

Ownership of goods does not pass to the purchaser until the goods are paid in full.

We make every effort to ensure that the products advertised on our site are of a high quality irrespective of manufacturer. We are governed by the manufacturers ability to provide the quality of product. There are times when this may be beyond our control. We make every effort to ensure that the purpose for which the product is advertised is the correct one. Equipment must at all times be used in conjunction with the manufacturers instructions, please read carefully before use.

Shopping with us is completely safe and our secure encryption is certificated.

When will you despatch my order?

All our items are usually in stock, and we aim to despatch within 48 hrs. Occasionally certain items are out of stock. If this happens, we will contact you to confirm when we expect to ship your order. Your payment card will not be charged until your order is ready to be despatched.

Which couriers do you use?

UK Orders: All orders are generally despatched by City Link 24 hr couriers.
Overseas Orders: Standard Shipping orders are despatched by Royal mail International Recorded Delivery or Fedex. Delivery time usually with 7-14 days. Please note all uk taxes are paid but we are not responsible to any local taxes outside the uk or import duty which may occur and is applicable in your country of residence.
